1. CAN-SPAM Act Compliance
The CAN-SPAM Act (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing) sets rules for commercial email and gives recipients the right to stop receiving emails. Ad Nop ensures full compliance through the following measures:

- All "From," "To," and "Reply-To" fields contain accurate and identifiable sender information
- Routing information and originating domain names are truthful and not misleading
- We never use deceptive or false headers to disguise the sender's identity

- No deceptive or misleading subject lines are used to trick recipients into opening emails
